These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between hey555 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hey555 website located at hey555.app and any of its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or digital services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). 1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Registration

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who create a verified hey555 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To be eligible, the qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the active welcome promotion at the time of registration. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Promotional Campaigns

hey555 runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as cricket season campaigns for BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup events. 5.5 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

hey555 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called "bonus farming"), and exploiting promotional errors. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds voided, all derived winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending investigation. hey555 reserves the right to recover losses arising from exploited promotional errors.

6.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the hey555 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform to facilitate, enable, or participate in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or the financing of criminal activity.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hey555 Platform:

6.3 Responsible Conduct Towards Other Users

Where the hey555 Platform includes any social or community features — including live chat during live dealer sessions — you agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or any conduct that degrades the experience of other Users. hey555 reserves the right to remove chat access from any User who violates this standard without prior warning.

6.4 Software and Intellectual Property

All content on the hey555 Platform — including game software, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, and structural design — is the intellectual property of hey555 or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). 7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your hey555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 hey555-Initiated Suspension

hey555 may suspend or close an account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Detected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional errors;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction;
• Activity inconsistent with responsible gaming standards, where suspension is in the Player's interests.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hey555 will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address. Funds held in a suspended account remain secure and will be returned to the verified payment method upon conclusion of any investigation, unless they are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hey555 will notify you via email at the 9-month and 11-month inactivity marks. If an account remains dormant beyond 12 months, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in. Dormant account fees will not be applied if the account balance is zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hey555 limits its liability to Users in connection with their use of the Platform as set out in this section. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8.1 Platform Availability

hey555 operates on a best-efforts basis and aims to maintain continuous availability of the Platform 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, hey555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party provider failures, internet service disruptions, or circumstances beyond hey555's reasonable control (including force majeure events).

8.2 Gaming Outcomes

All game outcomes on the hey555 Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios. hey555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. hey555 accepts no liability for losses arising from game results, regardless of the size of the bet or the frequency of adverse outcomes experienced by any individual Player.

8.3 Indirect and Consequential Loss

hey555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if hey555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

hey555 integrates with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banks) and game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). hey555 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of any third-party provider.
